Refund, Cancellation and Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

At REFRIGERATION & AC ACCESSORIES CORP., we operate solely as resellers of HVAC and refrigeration components and accessories. All products listed on our website have been pre-purchased, and as such, we do not maintain standard return-to-supplier agreements. This means refund and cancellation requests are subject to strict conditions.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Accepted Returns

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The customer notifies us in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
• The item is unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2.2 Return Fee

All approved returns, regardless of reason, are subject to a 60% fee based on the invoice value. As resellers, we cannot return goods to our suppliers and absorb related losses.

2.3 Exclusions

• Opened electrical or electronic items.
• Installed, used, or tampered products.
• Discounted or promotional items.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 No-Penalty Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours without penalty, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

3.2 Penalty Cancellations

Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 60% charge on the total order value to cover restocking and operational losses.

3.3 How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@refrigerationacaccessories.com, including the order number and reason.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We use reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Estimated U.S. delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Delivery time may vary based on destination, carrier availability, and external factors.

4.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

4.4 Responsibility

Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, REFRIGERATION & AC ACCESSORIES CORP. is not liable for delays, loss, damage, or failed deliveries. We recommend insured shipping for high-value items.

4.5 Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Approved Refunds

5.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing may take 7 to 14 business days upon approval.

5.2 Notification

Customers will be notified by email once their return or cancellation has been processed.
